This personal intro post shares my journey as a woman with ADHD, a mom, and a dreamer. It sets the tone for Imprint & Inspire — raw, real, and inspiring. I talk about building a supportive space for women, my passion for travel, and how affiliate content supports our mission.
I Didn’t Start This Blog Because I Had It All Figured Out
I started Imprint & Inspire because I needed a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the version of myself I’d been pushing aside — the woman behind the roles of mom, wife, and neurodivergent dreamer.
It began as a personal space to hold onto the meaningful details of everyday life. But soon, it became something deeper — a way to connect with other women like me. Women who are figuring it out one step at a time.
Life Happens in the In-Between Moments
You don’t need a dramatic life change to start living with purpose. It starts with small things:
- A quiet morning before the house wakes up
- A warm drink and an open notebook
- One mindful breath between errands
This blog exists to celebrate those moments — the ones that don’t go viral but still shape who we are.
Motherhood, ADHD & Rediscovering Myself
Motherhood shifted my identity. ADHD gave it context.
I spent years wondering why I felt scattered or overwhelmed, even when everything looked “fine” from the outside. After my ADHD diagnosis, I stopped labeling myself lazy or forgetful — and started embracing how my brain actually works.
This blog gives me the freedom to explore that. And it gives you — the reader — permission to do the same.
Why the Name “Imprint & Inspire”?
We all leave an imprint.
And when we do it intentionally, we inspire others to do the same.
Whether I’m writing about food, travel, routines, or real life with ADHD — my goal is to spark reflection, healing, and connection through honest storytelling.
